Calling on all people with background in Facilities Management/Operations Management that are looking for a 3+month assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to earn quick and stable $$$ and work for one of the big Real Estate Trust Providers. Main Duties and Experience:

• Has strong experience in both FM hard and soft services.
• Oversee 2x Operations Supervisors and 1x Property Manager across a portfolio of 32 Assets.
• Prioritize, key elements, manage both direct reports, contractors & stakeholders expectations
• Experience in managing contactors, assets, tenants, minor capex works
• Coordinate and manage trades and contractors for maintenance and raised work requests/purchase orders and site inspections
• Making sure things stay at flow, making sure property manager, operations supervisors are managed whilst making sure you are providing support to them and ensuring all contractor management is managed.
• Management of People experience
• Must be able to identify issues, deal with escalations, deal with contractors/tenants and site inspections.
• Experience with Base building operations, workorder systems, contractors, and tenants
• Manage contractor relationships and performance, ensure compliance with service contract requirements for all managed contracts.

Extra Details:

• Assignment: 3+ months (strong possibility of extension)
• Location: Melbourne CBD
• Pay range between $52 P/H and $62 P/H + Super
• Must be immediately available
• Logistics/Industrial Asset Management Experience (Highly Desirable)
• IT Focus/Competency (Highly Desirable)
• Commercial/Logistics Asset Management Background (Highly Desirable)
• No Criminal History (Must have)
• Working Rights in Australia (Must have)
